"I loved this house as far as lay out and location. Perfect for a large family with a lot of bedrooms and levels. Just be sure to use HomeAway for payment and for the deposit. I was told I needed to pay cash for the balance of the trip and the deposit and that the deposit would be returned to me the day I checked out. "Elegant decor and fresh flowers on arrival made our arrival very special. This is the best presented property we have ever been lucky enough to find. Comfortable furniture and spacious rooms. Good outdoor furniture for a summer evening. Menil is a classic French agricultural village on a hilltop setting. Peaceful and calm but close to plenty of walking trails and historic settings. The house, the place, and the wonderful hosts are highly recommended."

"Clearly a place to survive even bad weather, which we had. Cosy and functional. Great Kitchen. Good internet. Stairs are a bit narrow and steep and maybe not ideal for older or handicapped people. I would see also 8 pers the comfortable maximum (we have been 7). For 10 only with small kids or close family. We would recommmend the place."

Les placards et l'agencement font qu'il y a de la place. Dès lors, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit.Le temps était parfois très froid et humide mais le chalet est très bien isolé et le chauffage fonctionne à merveille!De plus, le propriétaire est accueillant, gentil, discret.De superbes vacances!"
