The location was convenient and walkable to Grand place, Royal Galleries. It is very noisy though. To cool the apartment, had to open windows and it was so loud, couldn’t sleep. Need ear plugs. Microwave did not work and no one responded to what’s app number.

Lack of response from staff to messages we sent, scuffed walls, damaged doors (holes) and walls, leaky shower that floods the bathroom, mould behind kitchen tap, smashed/damaged freezer drawers. Cleaners were still cleaning when we arrived at 16:15 even though they had 5 hours to clean after the previous Tennant left. Wooden floor boards outside bathroom has a strange bump / small hill where may have got water damage at some point. Overall underwhelming accommodation and in terrible condition. Not like the photos 1/10. Good location, hot shower, comfortable beds.

La ubicación excelente, en una zona muy segura para caminar inclusive, esta cercana a 100 metros del metro. Lo que si resulta muy mal es la inadecuada comunicación con los responsables de administrar el smartflats. No fue posible que nos llegara el código de ingreso porque que el check in lo hace uno mismo. Hay un telefóno de contacto que nunca contestan. Tuvimos que acceder al centro de ayuda de expedia que nos pudieron dar una solución después de 3 horas. El sofa cama estaba dañado, entramos el 26 de diciembre 2021 y fue reportado ese día y lo resolvieron hasta el viernes 31 de diciembre 2021

Great little apartment on the edge of Ixelles. Clean and in good condition. The pillows are somewhat non existent, and there is only one bathroom for the 6 of us (which is probably on the listing but i didn't fully appreciate) and the kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils! These are minor points, and overall the apartment was in good nick and spacious!

Modern apartment very close to the metro and to the bus stop. Only missing was the laundry. Shower was broken but they came to fix it quickly.

Los apartamentos están en muy buenas condiciones y en una zona relativamente cerca del centro, por lo que no hay ninguna queja. Podría mejorarse la limpieza y disponer de mas toallas, ya que para 4 noches, una toalla pequeña es escaso. Los apartamentos no tienen ascensor, muy importante si viajas con alguien que lo necesita o con mucho equipaje.

Stylish and great location
Very comfortable, new furniture, kitchen is over the top high spec . Price is very reasonable . I enjoyed staying there very nice apartment if I go back to Brussels again I'll definitely book there again I recommend it .
