Great location, if you're lucky enough to get a room overlooking the square then the views are beautiful. The walls are a bit thin though, so hopefully you won't have noisy neighbours like us.

The location is prefect, it’s right at the old town, easy accessible to most of the nearby attractions and metro. The staff is so attentive and allow us to have early check in. The room is clean and nothing to complain. They gave the room not facing the square so it’s quiet during the night time.

Lovely hotel right on the Grand Market. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds and a bathroom with a bath. Breakfast is great, in a little cafe on the opposite side of the square.

We had our youngsters staying here 16 and 18 yrs, and the help, support and fast communication was fantastic with the hotel staff. Kindness and service with a nice hotel stay made their first trip alone a success. We will choose this hotel the next time as well.

I absolutely could not recommend this hotel more!! They treated my husband and I like royalty. We had a room with a view and IT WAS INCREDIBLE, a gasp worthy view and large room for Europe. Right in the town square, it was one of the highlights of our trip, truly.

The room was quite spacious. It had a view of the Grand Place. It is the only hotel right on the Grand Place. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and spoke English. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend.

We were welcomed by Louir our host. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Louir even walked half way back to the train station to ensure we took the shortest way back across the cobbled streets. We definetly choose the right hotel for our stay. With a great view over the quare onto Grand Place.

Had a great overnight stay here! Arrived at 11.45 to find our room was ready and we could check in Went up the stairs to into our large room with the most amazing view of the Grand Place Bed was comfortable and we will definitely stay again
