"We took our two senior Pugs. House was ideal. Lovely walks, great dog friendly area. We were very happy. It was exactly what we were looking for. We intend to re visit for sure. "

Could do with more lounge style seating upstairs. We had no bedside tables in our room. Would have been nice to have window coverings on upstairs window facing street, where the dining table was located. room."

"The property is as stated in the listing. Nice and local to fantastic fishing spots. Close to pub and few shops with only min walk. Property offers few water toys listed which was great for the kids. The property manager was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely come back for fishing with boys again."

"Perfect position right on the lake. Well equipped small house but more than enough room for our group of three. The yard was fully fenced so our fur babies were perfectly safe. "

"Multiple issues including Beds 1 & 2 TVs not working, air conditioner in older section not working, fridge & freezer full of someone else's food, kitchen tap very loose, pantry full and no working light, prescription medication in bed 1 side table, built-ins full of clothes. Felt like someone was living there. Definitely overpriced"

"We enjoyed our family gathering at The Palms and created very happy memories. Property was so spacious inside and out (although a few minor maintenance issues, e.g blinds and lighting) Plenty of activities to do inside and out. Would stay again. "

"Nicole was a fantastic host. We stayed in spring the temps were in transition between cool and hot so we were comfortable there. Nicole was communicative and house was very well provisioned in terms of kitchenware, pantry, toiletries, linen etc. We probably had some user error issues with dishwasher long washes, stove (I wasn't first to use so placard was on the side) or microwave, but nothing we couldn't work around - never enough time on a short weekend trip to read instructions. "We really enjoyed this well appointed and comfortable cottage, and its handy location walking distance to the lakeside walk, local cafes and op shops. Thankyou to our host Peter who was very responsive to our questions and provided everything we needed. "

The beautiful view out to the water over the lush lawn, fire pit, trampoline and private jetty

"Neat, clean, large house, ideal for a large group/family. Spacious backyard with trampoline and a fire pit beside the river (didn't have a chance to try it out unfortunately). Kayaks to use and great for kids/teens. Loved the caravans. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Wrong keys were given . Very hard to get in contact with the agent to fix problems . They were not that helpful at all. Fry pan was never clean had oil all over it. Very overpriced for what you get . "
