Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay."

"Good value hotel 1 minute drive from motorway /autostrada short drive to shops in Allesandria. Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night. I believe its popular with wedding groups twice a week with nice location for wedding cermonys nearby."
