"Our stay was very nice, but we needed more towels and when I asked the employee on the laundry room. She didnt understand english well. I wanted 2 bath towels she fave me 4 wadh cloths and 2 hand towels so I went tonthe front desk to get help and got the bath towels. Its important to know english if your working. It could have been an emergency."
