"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"My wife and I just spent four nights in Regensburg enjoying the town and the multiple Christmas Markets. The apartment was excellent in itself, but the location being so close to the train station, Thurm and Taxis, and old town was second to none. We enjoyed eating brunch at Rough Surface every day after our run along the river. Would highly Recommended "

Vielleicht sollte das Bild im Online Inserat erneuert werden. Schade war auch, daß das Haus keinen Backofen hatte und das kein WLAN zur Verfügung stand."

"Nachdem wir ankamen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Leider muss man alles mitbringen. Nicht einmal ein Müllsack war im Mülleimer. 2 Spühlmaschinentabs wären nett, hier war auch nichts. Der Boiler war aus und wir mussten beim Cleaningservice nachfragen warum unser Wasser kalt war. Der Abschluss: Unser Schloss des Hauses war 4 Tage lang defekt und wurde nicht repariert! Eine Frechheit vom Hausmeisterservice. Wir haben es eine Stunde nach Anreise moniert."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist viel zu teuer, weil die Betten und die Schlafzimmer zu klein sind, es gibt keinen Spielplatz für die Kinder, es wurde kein Frühstückservice angeboten, z. B. morgens Brötchen, Salz hat in der Küche gefehlt. Es roch am ersten Tag nach Kloake, wahrscheinlich, weil seit längerer Zeit keiner mehr in der Wohnung war. In die Küche hat es reingeregnet. Es gab keine Fliegengitter, wir hatten Wespen und Hornissen in der Wohnung. Das Spülmittel war zu wenig in der Küche und der...
