"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. "The property is up on a hill over looking Como. Lovely small town with wonderful people and restaurants. The funicular takes you up from Como. Easy way to arrive. Our host met us and took us around the house and let us know she was also available if needed. We would go back."
