"We were a high school robotics team of students and adult mentors in town for a competition in Duluth. The house served our needs well and allowed us to come together for team meals and meetings. "

"I was looking to distress, unwind, and relax in quite semi off grid place. They came through, it was a short 2 minute walk for parking the car to the cabin. Yet the location of cabin was secluded enough, you felt like you walked 10 minutes into the woods! The cabin was small and cozy, and very nice fireplace that did its job well. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a little frig to put my food in and a coffee pot for my morning caffeine. I took the trail from lodge to the private beach, it was so worth trudging snow, then came back along river. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, I will definitely be staying again."

"Nice, simple and clean hotel. Breakfast offerings were perfect. A number of options and anything one would need. Staff were incredible. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Would recommend and will certainly stay there again if in the area."

"As each family arrived, they commented some variation on 'wow, this is nicer than the photos!'We visited for a long weekend with four families (8 adults, 13 children) to ski nearby. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of room for the children to play - ping pong, darts, board games, snow fort building etc. The sauna was lovely and could fit almost all the adults. Plenty of seating, plenty of blankets and pillows, plenty of beds. Kris was very responsive and helpful. It snowed while we were there, but we were able to make it out of the driveway and gravel road. Overall a top-notch place to stay with a crowd. "

"Property was very big for 9 mid aged guys. Had plenty room for 3 trucks and trailers. Was very close to the snowmobile trails. Only issue was that I didn't read the rental agreement that said they didn't supply towels. Would definitely stay here again."
