"Fantastic stay, great location!"

"The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! "Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size...

"Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs....
