A good choice
Very nice little hotel in a quiet part of town but within walking distance of the centre. The private parking, although limited assured security. Service was helpful and cheerful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends.

Great hotel, secure carpark, walking distance of all the Bruges main sites. Owner is very helpful. All in all a very nice place to spend a couple of nights seeing Bruges and its many quaint aspects.

Diabolical, DISHONEST Customer Service
We were unable to stay with them. They were dishonest & disingenuous and attempted to take payment, without notification or my permission, 48hours prior to our arrival, contrary to the check-in T&Cs advertised, then had the audacity to send me a threatening and over-officious email complaining they had been unable to take payment and that unless I rectified the situation and paid prior to arrival they would cancel my booking! I politely advised payment would be made at check-in as per their advertised T&Cs and was told they would not accept this 'because of No-Shows'. My partner and I had to book elsewhere, very last minute, but were fortunate enough to find an excellent, boutique B&B which far exceeded expectations!

Brugges stay
Very pleasant stay all round. Lovely location, very good feel to the place and set out in a nice style. It seemed everybody checked out at same time on the Sunday so the lady covering all this was rushed off her feet but still coped well and no fuss. I would happily stay there again.

Nice budget hotel
We were spending a few days in Bruges and this hotel was fine for what we needed. It was a 15 - 20 minute walk to the centre, and a comfortable place to sleep at night.

Excellent Hospitality
We went in May. B&B was a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bruges, which to us was an added advantage, as it was quiet and in a very pleasant area. You could walk anywhere within the city and was a very central location for that. We had secure parking for 10 Euros per night. The rooms were very light and comfortable and a very nice en suite shower and toilet. The beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. Not recommended for anyone who cannot climb 2 - 3 floors, as there was no lift and the staircases very very narrow, but that was an additional part of the quaintness of the building. Breakfast was very nice, but there was no full breakfast, which wasnt a problem as far as we were concerned. it was nice to have a light breakfast. Hilde was a lovely hostess and landlady and was always very cheerful and helpful. The only down side would have been if we had gone during the hotter weather, as there was no air conditioning in the room. However, I would recommend it. The only thing you have to be aware of is the cost of food in bruges as it is very expensive. However, there are two or 3 Carrefore supermarkets, so you can at least get a decent priced lunch.

Quiet and characterful
This is a very characterful hotel on the northern side of Bruges. It's not in the centre but we actually enjoyed walking back at night as the canals are illuminated, and it's not really very far. It's very quiet at night, so you get a good night's sleep. Our room was comfortable although the large bathroom had a lot of wasted space with a separate toilet that was really tiny. Staff were friendly. I would be happy to return here.

An enjoyable stay
Everything was perfect, the staff, the location ( away from the busy center but only a 10 minute walk) and the breakfast. I would have taken a harder bed but the room was very clean and comfortable.

We found our room comfortable and clean but small, the bathroom had a rain shower which was excellent. The service provided was very good, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was basic but more than adequate. Carrying bags up the narrow steep staircase to the room was awkward -no lift-. The hotel is a pleasant 7 mins walk from the Markt with shops, restaurants and bars on route. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Nice, basic hotel within walking distance of town.
Room was warm and quite comfortable, bed was clean and fairly comfortable, though pillows were a bit 'lumpy'. Breakfast was basic, the option of a boiled egg helped but generally didn't expect much more for this reasonably priced small hotel. Very clean. Not too long a walk into town, bus service, if required, was frequent.

Almost like a Bed and Breakfast
Pleasant 2 night stay in a hotel that is similar to a bed and breakfast. The breakfast is very delightful, comfortable and not crowded since there are only 8 rooms in the hotel. The owner is friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and cozy. The hotel is located across the street from a church…it was nice to wake up to church bells. The bathroom is large but the shower was extremely small. Wifi worked well in the room. They do not accept American Express which is my preferred credit card. Hotel is a little too far to walk to from train station with suitcases so you will need to take a taxi or bus. The walk into the main tourist area is not too far but pretty dark when walking home at night.

A pleasant, quiet base for your Bruges exploration
Small, family run 8 room hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood, directly acroos from the St. Giles church. Church bells in the morning and flower pots at your windowsill, this a restful and pleasant experience. Don't overpack however as the stairway is a narrow, twisty contraption but that's the usual in Europe. Friendly hostess, comfortable bed, well thought out closet and bathroom. Shower is pocket sized but boast good pressure and lots of very hot water. Beautiful breakfast in the morning with various bread, jams, Nutella, yogurt, cold cuts, tea or coffee and a soft/hard boiled egg to your preference. Highly recommended. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to city center. Taxi to the hotel from the train station or number 14 bus and a good map for the 15 minute walk. Check with the tourist information lady at the train station for details if you bus it.

Great small hotel
This was a great small hotel in a quiet part of Bruges but only 10-15 mins walk from the main square.
