Benny is extremely friendly and gave us tips on where to go for food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bruges. "This hotel is in a great location overlooking a square that is adjacent to the main market square. Anything you might want to visit in Brugge is a few minutes walk away. The hotel also has its own underground car park. You have to pay to use the car park, but it is convenient and safe."

"The hotel room was lovely and the common spaces were very nice too. Weirdly, nowhere to get a hot drink in the hotel (other than the mini kettle in your room) before 4pm though. The “spa” was disappointing - it’s essentially a very small communal sauna (seats 4 people in a cosy manner) and a cold small swimming pool (no loungers or space to sit). We went down to the spa once and didn’t go back. I would still return, but would give the spa a miss and so wouldn’t book here if the spa is a big...
