This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. "We had a wonderful two weeks at this property. We have stayed at lots of properties during our time in the UK and Europe and this was the best. Our son and his partner stayed with us for three days over Christmas. There was loads of room for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped to make Christmas dinner. "This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...
