"The house was comfy overall. The couch was a bit hard to get out of as it was low and soft. The heater made weird noises all night and I wished I had brought my white noise machine. But once I got used to it all- it was great! I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was close to everything. "

And the outside is serene and spacious, with front and back porches to relax on and watch the kids play. We loved the feeling of being out in the country while having the conveniences of a full kitchen and a thoughtfully furnished space. The owners are wonderful - quick to respond to messages and so kind and considerate! Loved, loved, loved!"

"This was a great property, perfect for our family trip to Waco. The house is very cute, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and no heavy traffic, only a 10 min drive to downtown Waco. I had a couple time conflicts with booking and Erin was so quick to respond and very accommodating. 5 star experience! Thank you, Erin! "

"I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again."

"I liked that the property had a lot of room, a huge fireplace (but no fire wood). Was concerned when I opened the microwave and it looked like bbq sauce had exploded inside and hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen didn't have some basics such as a can-opener. Many of the bulbs in the lamps and ceiling lights were burned out. The name of the contact person on our form was not the correct person for this property. "
