"We had a comfortable stay. The weather wasn’t ideal, but we still enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and although the kitchen space is tiny, it’s well equipped to make breakfast tacos or heat food up. The ladder to the bed is pretty steep, but fine during the day. It only made me nervous going to the bathroom in the night. "

"I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again."

"This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!"

"The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place...

"I liked that the property had a lot of room, a huge fireplace (but no fire wood). Was concerned when I opened the microwave and it looked like bbq sauce had exploded inside and hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen didn't have some basics such as a can-opener. Many of the bulbs in the lamps and ceiling lights were burned out. The name of the contact person on our form was not the correct person for this property. "
