"I got a room on short notice when I was visiting the Vimy Memorial. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice clean room that was quite affordable. There's a nice restaurant next door and a McDonald's. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was great and we went on our way happy and satisfied. I will stay there again if I'm in the area."

"Arrived late due to delayed ferry. Staff on reception was very friendly and informative even with the hour of arrival. My daughter was given a small gift bag for children which was amazing. With small wooden toys, a yoyo, a puzzle and a spinning top and sweets. Comfortable, clean room. Breakfast in the morning had a good range of hot and cold. Would definitely recommend. "

Excellent service and food was great. Decidef to eat offsite for our 2nd nite. Great location. Very walkable for exploring Arras. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Arrived late the gate was shut but we found a fone number outside and were quickly let in. We were offered a bottle of water each which was very welcome. "

"We enjoyed this hotel. We used it as it was close to the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, was easy to take an Uber to it from there. The hard part was trying to get a ride back, no taxis were available but eventually Uber came through. The area is a little less tourist oriented so the people don’t really speak a lot of English, so bring your translator app, that worked well for us. Everyone was nice and we had fun with it. It’s also just down the street from the Lens Louvre. Would stay again."

"Service was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman that greeted us was efficient and throughout our stay helped the other staff with english translation. We could not fault him, I just wish we had asked his name to add his name to this review, he was on duty every day we were staying at the hotel. The food available for breakfast was fantastic, tasty and so much choice. The meals in the evening was also delicious. The hotel is 1 minute from the train station. There is a car park avaiable for 10 euros per day. We would absolutely recommend this hotel & will definitely be staying their again"
