"As a wellness hotel it was very good value and in a nice, quiet area. It was right next to the river Thaya. All facilities were well maintained and great to use. My room (single) had an annoying noise together with a smell of cigarette coming from the bathroom which woke me up during the night.. It took a day and several requests to fix the noise (I stayed 3 nights), but the smell apparently could not be fixed. It was just off the beaten path that we didn't have much noise with the windows open, but it was close enough to everything that it was easily walkable. They had a great continental breakfast that really helped us start our days out right. We ended up in one of the rooms at the very top, so our ceilings were pretty low, and caused several of us to hit our heads. That's the reason for the 4 star instead of the 5.
