The Game Room -
Welcome to our retro groovy game room - the ultimate hangout spot for all your entertainment needs! This is perfect for a group of friends or family looking to have some fun and relax in a cool and funky environment.

As you enter the room, you'll be transported back in time with the vibrant colors, funky patterns, and retro decor. The room is spacious, with plenty of seating options, so you can kick back and enjoy the entertainment.

The first thing you'll notice is the karaoke machine, complete with a wide selection of classic tunes and modern hits. Grab a microphone and sing your heart out or gather your friends for a group performance. The disco ball and colorful lighting will set the mood for a fun and memorable night.

If you're more of a competitive type, we have a pool table and arcade games to keep you entertained. Rack up the balls and challenge your friends to a game of billiards or test your skills on the classic arcade games like Pac-Man and Galaga.

For those who prefer a more laid-back atmosphere, we have a collection of board games and card games to choose from. From Family Feud to What do you Meme? to Poker, there's something for everyone. And if you need a break from all the action, we have a comfortable lounge area where you can sit back and watch your favorite movies or TV shows on the 65-inch big screen.

In addition to all of the fun, both sofas fold down into beds for additional sleeping arrangements.

The Main House -
3 bedroom/2 bathroom open concept home has a fully equipped kitchen adorning a gas range with modern stove, apron front farm sink, dishwasher, and large island with ample space to prepare meals.

Open to the kitchen is the living room and large cozy sectional with enough room for the whole family to cuddle up for a movie night. The sectional can also be positioned to comfortably sleep 2 additional guests.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and huge private ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in shower.

The secondary bedroom is located closest to the guest bathroom and comes furnished with queen sized bed.

The third bedroom has 2 XL-Twin beds along with a desk and chair - perfect for kids.

Each bedroom comes with a smart TV with free access to Netflix!

The home also comes with laundry center, Wi-Fi, and laptop friendly workspace.

Outside you will find a fenced back yard with patio seating, grill, hammock, and cornhole boards!
