"This house is great for large groups and a perfect location. But the cleaning fee is clearly just being pocketed as the house was dirty and messy when we arrived. It was clear the bedsheets had not been changed from the prior guests which was upsetting and a big turn off. Other areas of the house were also very messy. "My family and close friends got together for the second year here. We enjoyed it so much last year we extended our stay this year. We had the same magnificent experience this year. We enjoy making family style meals in the big open kitchen. Plenty of space for all of us to lounge around. We always make sure to use the hot tub while we're there. "The home was well appointed with all the amenities and plenty of room for our three families (6 adults and 6 kids). The game room downstairs and open concept living room were awesome and would have been used more often had the weather not been so perfect. "Our biggest issue is that the listing says 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen, 1 with twin bunks, and 1 with a queen and 2 twins. But it’s actually a full with 2 twins—a bouncy, mushy full. The twins in that room are paper thin mattresses on boards and they felt a bit like 2x4’s, so I’d only recommend them for kids, even though they were roomy twins. "A relaxing weekend with family. Perfect place for two couples or a small family. Close to mountains, restaurants and shopping. We over packed bringing more pans and cooking equipment since many rentals are not as equipped. Owner communicated well. Had a much needed and relaxing long weekend. It snowed and the driveway and roads were cleared nicely, so we were able to travel when and where we wanted."

Fire pit, hot tub, grill, some disc golf baskets, it really was what we needed for a weekend away mtn biking with the guys.
