"We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and will continue to do so in the future. It’s very clean with comfortable beds. The staff is professional and efficient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The only thing we didn’t like is that with the change in ownership to a Spark hotel, they no longer have a microwave or coffee pot in your room. It’s something we expect in a nice hotel so it’s disappointing that you have to go to the lobby to access these items. I hope they reverse this policy for a better guest experience. "
