Outlets in the bedroom were a little lacking for this day of multiple devices needing charging at night. The signage needs to be larger. It was hard to find in the rain at night. "

"We loved our stay at the Hikers Retreat. The hosts are exceptionally helpful, kind and knowledgeable of the local area. The home was very well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect with quick access to the St Mary entrance and close proximity to Many Glacier, Two Medicine and even Waterton in Canada. We hope to come back soon and stay again! "

"The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking utensils, pots and pans, cooler to bear spray. We enjoyed being able to use the cabin as our base to travel to West or East Glacier. After a day of hiking, it was nice to have a peaceful retreat to return to in the evenings . "We loved our stay here for 3 nights while going to the East side of Glacier Park. The owner is very nice and extremely accomodating and also had a neat little art studio. While it is only the 2 cabins now I bet when they done the tipis and all it was a neat learning experience. Traveling out west I pretty much knew what to expect as far as a very open plain area. Also that most on reservations let their dogs run loose. I made a buddy with the neighbors Blue Heeler.He was at my door every morning...

"This property was amazing! Fantastic views of Elk Mountain right off the deck. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. The property was in the perfect location almost right in the middle between east and west glacier entrances. There is no WiFi/internet or cell service! Which was very peaceful for us. Plenty of towels, dishes, and general houseware needs. We definitely recommend staying here!"

"I stayed with my husband, sister and daughter for 5 nights. We absolutely loved our stay. Most of our time was spent hiking in Two Medicine which is very close. The great location allowed us to spend more time on the trails. The kitchen has everything needed for all meals and the washer and dryer were so convenient. When we had a few questions, the hosts were quick to respond and so willing to help make our stay enjoyable. We would love to return to the area and stay here again."

Since it’s winter in Browning, the wind caused some snowdrifts in the driveway, so we’d definitely recommend having a 4-wheel drive to get closer to the house, if snow is ok the ground.
