I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here every time I come to Kyiv. "
