"Our stay in Magherafelt was lovely in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Our hosts, Siobhan and John, were simply wonderful. They greeted us, gave us a tour of the house, explained any thing we may have needed to know and answered all questions we had. They had some local goodies for us to try and a wee milk in the fridge for our mornings. The house was decorated very cute. The front porch had lovely views for us to enjoy our morning coffee. "Fantastic stay in a beautiful part. of Northern Ireland. Communication was great and property was even better than expected. Hot tub was a welcome addition and although the property is about 45 mins from the airport, hiring a car is easy and affordable and then you have much better access here to other spots on the coast. 5 star, would stay again, and thank you to Niall and Janeen for their hospitality. "We are an adult family of six who stayed at this lovely historic home. We all had our own washrooms and our own space. It was beautiful weather, so we got to use the patio every day. The kitchen was spacious, but we did not use the kitchen table as we ate outside. We had several nice walks/runs on the seawall which was just a few short steps from the house. Only downside was construction going on the nearby Shore Road. Overall a great experience!"

"My wife and I loved this place called the "west wing" (it was literally the wing of the main house occupied by our hosts.) It was charming, spacious, clean, and equipped with all one could want for a self-catering accommodation. The grounds were amazing, full of flowers, vegetable patches green house, and the list goes on. Our hosts were so nice as they helped us figure out how to run the washer/dryer (that they had never used themselves). Top notch in every way. "
