"Il est grand temps que le propriétaire s'investisse un minimum pour effectuer les petites réparations. Les prestations ne sont pas au Rdv. La maison est clairement dans son jus. Il n'y a pas de vérrous aux portes de la salle de bains et des WC du RDC (bonjour l'intimité avec un groupe de 13 personnes enfants et adultes). Un simple panneau en carton indique que les WC sont occupés ou non. Les poignées de portes vous viennent dans les mains (salle à manger/cuisine/salle de bains/wc) certaines...

"I missed cups for breakfast coffee, and a propper closed fence around the house to leave our dog alone. The pillows were only large (not for the individual beds). The vaccum cleaner didn't work, so we couldn't clean it properly. On the other side, the house was charming and we liked it. Close to bareges and luz ardiden."

"The best thing about this stay was Pilar's (the host) hospitality! She is lovely, and despite the language barriers, we had some great chats with her and looked round her lovely home - she also made us the best sponge cake ever!! The apartment itself is clean and the bed was comfortable and quiet. There is a lovely garden you can use and we enjoyed a meal sat on the porch one evening. The only negative is the outdoor space is 2 floors down through the main house and the living space only has sky...

"We stayed for two weeks in September. What a lovely place to stay. Both Montse (the owner) and the neighbours are lovely people. Oto is a very quiet village :-). Broto, next village, only a mile away has everything we needed. Small supermarket, butcher, baker, bars and I've no doubt there is a candlestick maker somewhere about. Second time we've been here and still loads for us to explore. WE'LL BE BACK."

"Nous avons subis des désagréments à l'arrivée dans le logement à cause des précédents locataires : détritus alimentaires sur la vaisselle, des couverts et l'appareil à raclette, reste de gâteau sur une assiette, lavabo bouché, ménage "bâclé"... L'agence gestionnaire de l'appartement nous a offert le forfait ménage en guise de dédommagement. En dehors de çà, le logement est confortable pour une famille, situé un peu à l'écart du centre ville donc au calme, mais avec proximité des télécabines."
