"The property certainly has a Bali flavour. Our room was spotless. We appreciated the laundry facilities as we had no housekeeping .The pool felt overly warm but this is the tropics. The front reception did not have answers to many of our local questions. "

"We visited for a mini break for Christmas this year as CBC would be an all time favourite hotel for me having visited around 6 times since the 1990's in this remote area. The staff were great 10/10 but the resort is looking a bit tired and we were really disappointed no Christmas lunch was offered which we would have been happy to pay for. Dining options were limited and their flagship Italian restaurant Cichettis had a very average small menu and fully booked on the 25th. The resort is showing...

"The unit itself was good with air conditioning and adequate supplies but outside needed some attention. We vacuumed pool ourselves and topped up water level, lots of weeds in the barked area and sideway to the clothesline, they could have been removed easily, I also picked up 4 lots of dog poo from the bark area."

"Excellent quality, well-fitted out home with ample room for 3 families, the location is within walking distance of Town Beach which has an amazing playground, water playground and cafe. It comes with everything you could need for a holiday! The only thing that could have been better is that the pool heat pump can only warm it up so much during the cool season and it was a bit chilly for some of our group. Would return in a heartbeat!"
