"Desk clerk did not know how to run the hotel: assigned me a room which already had someone in it, which I found when I opened the door; did not know the Wifi password; could not get the printer to work to print me a receipt. The room smelled so strongly of incense from the office next door, that I could not sleep and sometimes started coughing. Walls thin; I heard the people in adjacent unit fighting and cursing. "
