The location was ideal - close to main routes to get to shopping, restaurants and amenities. The house was very clean and well stocked with spices, coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the kitchen & shampoo/conditioner in the showers. "I’m impressed at the location of this property. On my first morning, I walked towards The Forks. There are others walking, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. In the night time, the neighborhood is quiet. The property is well renovated inside with modern amenities. The host is very accommodating and communicated well. "

"My wife and I stayed in Winnipeg for a few nights in Dec 2022. The suite was easily accessible, located in the lower level of a house in a residential neighborhood. Was refreshing to get away from 'corporate' for a bit. Bed was comfortable and everything that we needed was provided - even creamers for the coffee. "The bedsheets were not changed from previous resident.. got bed bugs..the monthly tenant was drunk all night and day.. yelling at both other tenants. He shut off heat in the middle of night, woke up freezing,which caused me to get sick. Very very dirty. Old food in fridge and food spill all over. Most hideous place ever. This place is not suitable for this site"

"The character and location of the house is amazing. The pool was not clean, it was green and that was one of the main reasons we wanted this place. So we couldn’t use the pool. Our bedding was old brown blankets, one had smoke burns in them the others smelled bad. We had no dish towels so we cleaned with paper towel,the facilities weren’t stocked we had to go find towels, soap, extra toilet paper. Those little things we would have put up with if the pool worked. We also had to unclog the drain...

"I stayed for a couple of weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the the house was warm for the season. I will return if I'm able. My little dog needed to be carried up and down the stairs but that was a minor concern since he only weighs 11 pounds."

"Clean and well decorated, and very spacious! Backyard connects to a walking path which is nice. Neighborhood is very quiet, but street parking can be harder to find if youre getting back late. The massage chair is a bonus, especially since I was in town for work. Lovely hosts, I'd recommend staying here. "
