You must experience this majestic five-bedroom, four-bath luxury home with top-notch amenities! Ocean views and just steps to the beach. You will find entertainment galore in this single-story 3,782 sq ft home with two master bedrooms. Your party will sleep comfortably in one King master bedroom, one Queen master bedroom, two Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with two bunk beds that sleeps up to four. The game room also features a sleeper sofa/futon.

Each master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower; one includes a jetted bathtub. The other bedrooms utilize the main bath and the full bathroom in the pool room, which also has a shower.

This large, fully fenced, non-smoking vacation home has all the comforts you would expect for your family and friends. It features amenities like an indoor hot tub and pool, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a pool table, a dartboard, arcade games, puzzles, and a ping-pong table, too! There is plenty of room for everyone, including the baby—it is equipped with a playpen and high chair! The home has an enclosed yard for added privacy. You’ll enjoy two gas fireplaces for cozy evenings.

Excellent Vacation Getaway
Not only was the property manager the friendliest greeting and showing us around, but house was clean and more than fully equipped/stocked. It is the perfect spot for an adults get away or with all of the kids. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean with tons to do. The beach is super close and the kids loved the tide pools right down the beach. The pool room was awesome from playing music to watching movies in the hot tub! We had a party of 10 and had tons of stuff to do.

The property itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Alice, the host, was most hospitable and helpful. The location is fantastic. Although we didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the house, after long travel it slept well. We plan to return.

I'd live here year round if i could. Great location by the beach, and not far from several sightseeing experiences. Plus, you can spend all day at the house and not get bored, with all the games, books, entertainment options. And the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day out. The only bad part was having to leave.

Beautiful home with easy beach access which made it nice for my elderly in laws to be able to go to the beach every day. Neighbors do not care for renters but they do not bother you either. Would definitely rent again.

the house was amazing, the views were awesome. The house has everything you need The indoor pool and spa were awesome. I would definitely stay again. We did not care for the rear neighbor and all their signs basically they hate vacation renters. I would highly recommend renting the house truly beautiful

Breathtaking!
Plenty of room for a large family! Thoughtful details, we’ll stocked, and a lot of fun!! It rained for most of our stay, but we had a hard time getting the kids to leave the house anyway, there was just so much to do (hot tub and lap pool, pool table, ping pong, arcade, chess board, darts, basketball, etc). The views and sounds of the ocean were just what we needed!

A M A Z I N G PLACE. Paradise place
What an amazing house with great hospitality. We were welcomed by the host with fresh fruits on the table and she showed us all around the house and how to use everything. We never got bored there is play rooms and games for children and grown ups the ocean view its beautiful and you can hear the waves all day and night. We loved the outside fireplace, the inside jacuzzi and pool was a everyday relaxing time for us as well. We will definitely be back. 10 stars.

Great Spring Break Family Vacation
The house was big enough for all 10 of us to enjoy! Every drawer and cupboard was labeled, which made it easy to find what we needed. The walk to the beach is right outside the back gate. Yes, it was cold and the ocean was violent, but that didn't stop us!! On the third day the sun came out and the ocean calmed. What a great house. Can't think of one negative thing and I would give it more stars than is allowed. Alice was easy to contact, but we didn't need anything. What a great vacation with a great house!

A really nice house with a lot to do in the house and a short stroll to the beach. Highly recommend for families/friends over 6 in party. Weird neighborhood. But never had a problem with the neighbors.

Amazing House!
We booked this house for an extended family vacation, and even with 8 adults & 2 children it never felt crowded. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need, the beds and furniture were comfortable, the house was spotless, and the 2 game rooms, the indoor pool & hot-tub, and multiple TV’s, meant that even though we were stuck inside because of the rain most of the time, everyone always had something fun to do. When we were able to get outside, the beach was just down the hill, and the exploring was fantastic. We will definitely be back again, hopefully when it’s a little less rainy and we can fully enjoy the backyard and the beach even more.

Spring Break Trip
This house is great. It has everything you can think of and more that you would need at a vacation rental house. Kitchen is a little small but is very well stocked with dishes, pot and pans. The house is very well maintained inside and out. It worked perfect for our family of 10. Location is great. We found the neighbors antics over rental houses amusing and had no problems with them. Before we even left we were wishing we had booked another night or two and we started planning on when we could come back. You will not be disappointed if you rent this house.

Beautiful House, Fantastic Beach
We had a wonderful time at the house and our kids loved the pool/hot tub room. The house is well stocked and Alice, the property manager, is kind and very responsive. The neighbors have scary Halloween decorations up in their yard and signs that make it clear that they do not like the fact that they live next to a vacation property. Please don’t let this deter you from staying. They stayed to themselves and we, of course, did too. Our kids called it the Halloween House and weren’t bothered by it but it was a bit of a surprise when we arrived. Truly, we will be back. It was a fabulous home with tons to offer and just a few steps to the beach!

Heavenly Week
Spent Spring Break week at this home with 4 generations of our family. We've stayed in many VRBO properties all up and down the OR and CA coast, and all agreed that this one was one of the very best. Super spacious and inviting floor plan, good game areas as well as well-kept enclosed outdoor space. We were all struck by the many details that were though of by the host, such as hanging hooks in all the bathrooms, lots of board games and puzzles, beach toys and wagon, ready-to-use firewood for the pit in the yard, etc. The beach is just a short easy walk away, and is a good one. Lots of hikes, parks, and other beaches nearby. Meyers Beach at low tide is a must for viewing starfish, anemones, etc, as well as the best beach for sand dollars we've ever found. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well-maintained, and get serviced weekly. We were initially somewhat put off by the number of tacked-on fees when we booked. However there's very little work required at checkout, and ultimately we felt that the quality of the property and the attention it clearly gets from the owners/managers justified the extra expense. Would absolutely stay again, and probably will.

Family Gathering
Eight of us (all adults) met at the house for five days. It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and is even nicer than the listing. The back patio and yard have a view of the ocean and the beach is a short walk out the back yard, down a ramp and through some trees. The ramp is a bit steep but has a non-slip surface. You can walk as far as you want south along the beach and pretty far to the north. The rear neighbor is a character by the looks of their property as is covered more fully in other reviews. We never saw anyone and their oddness was easily ignored and did not detract from our stay. The house has all the appliances, small and large, that we needed and extra stuff like beach chairs and binoculars and blankets that were a plus. Tons of games and puzzles. We enjoyed a fire in the ring in the back yard with wood and kindling that was stocked in a box. I highly recommend the house.

INCREDIBLE BEACHFRONT HOME IN BROOKINGS
My family and I just got back from a 4 nite stay in this home and we could not be more thrilled. It is wonderfully located within minutes from a beautiful beach with soft white sand. There is driftwood everywhere on the beach, which gave the beach so much charm. The home itself is huge and spacious. There are 5 bedrooms with a gigantic master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need to prepare nice home cooked meals. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The indoor pool and hottub was a treat as well. The entire family used it almost daily. Alice, the property manager was lovely. She met us the day we checked in and showed us around the house to get us familiar with everything. She offered us 2 bottles of wine and fresh fruit as well. It was a wonderful welcoming! If you plan to visit Brookings, OR this home is a must! My family and I loved it very much!!!!

Perfect week!
My extended family of 10 stayed for a week in March of 2023. The home was simply perfect. We all got down to the beach for surf fishing and long walks everyday. My parents, both 80, were also able to enjoy the beach as the ramp had a rough surface for traction and rails. They had no problems even after it rained. My favorite part was the space. If it began to rain, we disappeared back into the house. We had coffee in the living room with a fantastic view of the ocean. At times, it gets too loud with lots of family but we had a ton of options. We would go to the swimming pool or get a game of pool or ping-pong going--all in different parts of the home. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The property manager was a great host and very accommodating. The people on the beach and people we met going for walks were just as pleasant. It's as if people are trying to counteract the angry neighbor who attempts to deter renters by throwing a bunch of creepy Halloween decorations up. He was nowhere around and did nothing to take away from the best family get away that we have ever planned.

The property manager needs some guidance on guests interaction
This house is in fabulous location and the property is beautiful. We arrived at the property with our suv and small trailer to carry our luggage. Anyone who travels in an SUV knows if all the seats are in use there is barely enough room in the cargo area for groceries. The contract says you are allowed 4 vehicles. We counted the SUV as one and the trailer as another. The contract didn't have any restrictions listed against a trailer. When the manger ( Alice ) showed up to let us in the property she didn't greet us, she immediately started with " what's that trailer doing here" " you can't have that there" " it needs to leave now* We were completely overwhelmed by her communication and hostility. I pointed out that there was nothing in the contract that prevents us from bringing a trailer and that the trailer takes up less space than a small car. She backed down and cooled off, but the damage was done and it really left us feeling unwelcomed and disrespected. The nehibors and their decorations and signs are kinda of offensive the situation doesn't need to be made worse be a an abrasive property manager.

Family vacation
The property was fantastic, and perfect for hosting a big group with adults and little kids. The house has everything you need, from kitchen items to indoor and outdoor games. It was beautifully appointed and very clean. The only reason I wouldn’t give this property a 5 star rating is because of the next door neighbors. They clearly do not want a Vrbo in their neighborhood, and have their entire back yard area ‘decorated’ with scary Halloween type items (mannequins with creepy costumes and fake blood). Our littlest family members didn’t really pay attention to it, but the older kids noticed and didn’t like it. The neighbors also had flood lights pointed directly at the master bedroom windows, so it made it a little hard to sleep at night. I would recommend taking this into consideration before renting. It definitely didn’t ruin our vacation, but it might be a bigger deal to other groups. Also, the property manager was very nice, but our group drove in separate cars and arrived at different times. The property manager told us to text when we arrived and she would let us in and give us the door code. She was reluctant to let the first part of our group into the property until I arrived (even though their names were the rental agreement). It was a small hiccup, but they might want to communicate with renters ahead of time to make the check in process smoother.
