"We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy."

"Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking."

"The property was beautiful and quiet. Loved being in nature and roaming around in the woods surrounding the home. Enjoyed the fire pit and sitting on the front porch listening to the birds. Our kids loved running around and exploring nature. So beautiful and just lovely hope to return again "

"This is a nice little house and is as advertised. Very comfortable and cozy. The view is stunning. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved our coffee in the morning on the deck. In the evening it was perfect to grill out and enjoy a glass of wine. The outdoor firepit is a bonus.
