The Blue Heron

The BEAUTIFUL Blue Heron with blue glass patio fire pit table! The Blue Heron cabin is a privately owned cabin nestled in the heart of Broken Bow. This cozy and romantic cabin is the perfect getaway for couples, families or small groups of friends. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub and shower. It sleeps 6 people comfortably. All beds come with memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and guests will love the giant, flat screen TV. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace with a large foosball table. Stroll out onto the large patio and have a cup of coffee or sip some wine in the hot tub. Be sure to say hello to the deer that love to roam the property. Enjoy a game of horseshoes, cornhole or net ball. The Blue Heron is minutes away from Broken Bow lake, local restaurants, shops and bars as well as other amenities. Bring some steaks and choose from either the gas or charcoal grill. Toast some marshmallows in the fire pit. Make some memories and have a great time!

Perfect weekend getaway
My husband and I came up from Dallas for the weekend without knowing much about the area and were so pleasantly surprised by the great location. It was close to the state park, Beavers Bend Brewery, and some of the best restaurants, but still private with it being tucked back in the woods. We saw deer nearby more often than not while outside spending time on the patio or in the hot tub. The property owners sent clear instructions and videos on how to operate things in advance and were available if we had any questions. We will definitely be booking here again next time we’re in the area!

Short romantic getaway
Great location just a short ride to all resteraunts and venues. The cabin was clean,and decked out with all the amenities youll need to have a good romantic stay or to play games and relax. We will surely come back and stay time and again.

The cabin was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. The owners are amazing and very responsive. Would highly recommend renting from them.

Lovely Cabin Nestled in the Woods
We absolutely loved the cabin, and were very pleased with the owner. She helped me on numerous occasions with questions and gave great advice on where to eat along with fun activities for the kids. We saw a ton of deer every day! The cabin was perfect for 4 people… lots of fun for the kids, including a fuse ball table and arcade game. Highly recommended this cabin! It was perfect for our trip!

Great escape
My wife and I stayed the weekend at this peaceful retreat, wish we could have stayed longer but work is calling. I would recommend The Blue Heron for a quick getaway or a long vacation, great location in the woods but just minutes away from anything you would want to do. Sit on the front porch and watch the deer !!

Awesome place to stay!
We had a very relaxing stay at The Blue Heron. The cabin was beautiful, clean and stocked with all the necessary supplies we needed during our stay. It looked so much better than the picture because of the added decorations. The owner was very nice and responsive. We saw a few deers in the area which made my daughter very happy. We will definitely come back in the future and will absolutely recommend this place.

Perfect Little Cabin In the Woods!
WOW! This was an incredible cabin, and incredible experience. The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful, close enough to easily run to town, but private enough to enjoy a quite romantic evening in the hot tub. Everything that was described in the listing was accurate, and the communication with the owners was easy and instant. HIGHLY Recommend, we'll be booking this cabin again!
