State of the Art is a luxurious, inspired masterpiece which is a perfectly blended creation of mid-century contemporary, organic, and rustic styling that will stand out in your memories for years to come. Its unique design and decor is a first in the Hochatown area and will spark your imagination. State of the Art is a 3 story, 6 bedroom, 5 and 1/2 bath work of art. With attention to detail and artistic beauty in mind, you are greeted upon entry into the cabin with exotic materials from around the world such as Ipe and Tiger wood and incredible colorful hand-blown artisan glass lighting and eclectic art highlighted throughout. This cabin doesn't just earn its name from being top shelf, but by its artistic nature.

Treat yourself by trying something different, exotic and forward-thinking while still enjoying all of those things that come with a visit to a cabin in the woods. Enjoy a fire in the open concept living room that is framed by over-sized windows from floor to ceiling, accented with thick re-claimed Amish beams. Though these windows bring the outdoors inside with you, you may prefer to indulge in a fire on the deck while sipping a glass of wine in the hot tub or around the fire pit with built in benches.

Gather around the top-of-the-line kitchen with bar, or share a movie in the open loft with foosball, pull-out sofa, and cafe table. Each Master King room has it's own balcony/deck access and smart television which can be streamed via Wi-Fi.

The ensuites were designed with indulgence in mind by offering extra large showers with dual shower heads. State of the Art pursues excellence in tradition and creativity and is waiting to help create lasting memories with you and yours at the center.

We have abundant outdoor seating, an arcade table, foosball, and a playset for the youngest to the oldest of your art-lovers!

Check-in and Check-out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day is not typically allowed. On rare occasions, it is subject to staff availability and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Christmas Family Vacay
The State of the Art captured the magic that we wanted to give our children this Christmas season. The Christmas decorations and the way the art came to life definitely added to the experience. We had everything we needed and more to keep the adults pleased and the kids busy. Each room felt like our own little escape!!

Great place for bikers headed to Rally!
We had 6 bikes headed to the Bikes Blues and BBQ Rally in Rogers AZ. Stopped in Broken Bow and enjoyed this lovely venue! We were only there one night, but the rooms were spacious and super clean. Plenty of communal space for hanging out. Very nice back deck to enjoy the wonderful views and weather.

Unique and Crisp
The inside of State of the Art was so bright and colorful, but still elegant and clean. The decks have wonderful views and there are so many places to sit and chat and have wonderful morning and evening conversations. The tiniest things that we could find were that the dishwasher seemed a bit misaligned so it was hard to close it, and the stairs to the second floor are a bit rickety. Other than that and a few lights that were out inside and outside on the deck, the place was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

The Cabin was beautifully decorated with modern decor. There’s 4 master suites all with a private balcony and large shower area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the wrap around porch was awesome. My critique would be to purchase non stick pots & pans for cooking purposes with large parties. Other than that the place was great and I would definitely recommend this cabin to family & friends.

I Literally cried the first two hours I spent there, my family and I got there at 4 pm after spending all day at the lake, of course we were tired and looking forward for a relaxing evening at the cabin, well the house was dirty and im talking about dirty dirty , beds were undone bathrooms where really dirty one of them with poop still in the toilet ,tables, floors, the entire house smelled like skunk, we waited outside in the heat for the cleaning ladies to arrive for two hours with my inconsolable, crying two month old baby😞They left around 9 pm and of course we couldn’t do much while they were cleaning the house ,we did get a late check out and the cleaning fee refund , but yeah it was not a pleasant stay and it definitely wasn’t anything like we had in mind .

Awesome Stay
Beautiful house, great location & excellent communication from the property manager! I messaged with a minor issue, immediately got a response and with an hour someone was at the house to look into the issue. Our one & only minor complaint… the towels had a sour smell. They smelled as if they had been left wet in the washing machine. It was an easy fix as we re-washed all the towels ourselves. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful house!!

Extremely Nice!!
I really love the interior of the property. Very luxury with high quality interior. The top 2 bedrooms on the 3rs floor is mainly designed for small children. I'm 5'10 and my head was like 4 inches from the ceiling fan in both rooms. The middle level bathroom in the loft isn't very adult size friendly and will suggest that for small ler children. The white future looks nice, but definitely not the cleanest furniture due to a high volume of visitors. Otherwise, I will highly suggest this property. Also, the roads are paved all in the main roads, but rocky when you are turning onto your road where your cabin is. Beware of deer as well, they were popping out often.

One of those vacations that everyone goes home glowing knowing you made fun and loving memories together. Spent a day kayaking , a day on the lake and our evenings in this beautiful home playing games and sharing our vocals and laughter. Plenty of room for our family of 12 .

Great house
Clean house well organized big bathrooms, big kitchen and living rooms. Our main issue was internet and a/c we called them and the response time was commendable. Enjoyed our stay though I wish the jacuzzi water temperature can warm above 92 degrees. We also had to provide our own firewood. Overall we had a great time.

Glamor Meets Nature
There was no “fighting” over rooms as all four had a king bed, private bathroom, and it’s own balcony! This house was as comfortable as it was beautiful. With a trained chef in our group, each meal was an event and the large island and beautiful dining table were perfect. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and table settings that were in great condition. There was plenty of outside seating areas including a giant fire pit. It’s in a great location and easy to find. We would return!
