Lovely, quiet stay in a developing community
We were a group of moms getting away for the weekend. Even though we didn’t have any children with us it was still nice to see features for kids at this cabin (pack and play, games, extra blankets). One thing that really mattered to us was that each room had a door There are no sleeping spaces with open air lofts or anything with lots of noise transfer). Our host was responsive with WiFi and fireplace usage questions. The deck was perfect with the rocking chairs and outdoor fireplace. A wonderful spot to spend a fall afternoon!

Beautiful and Relaxing
The house is a 10/10. Very comfortable with a huge porch! Right on the Mountain Fork River just far enough east of Broken Bow to be secluded. It is in a new neighborhood so there was construction noise next door, even on Saturday. Hopefully those houses will be complete soon. Use Google or Waze maps - Apple Maps has the wrong location. There is a train at the Tyson mill that can block Red Arrow Rd, if so use Box Turtle Rd. There is also a very sweet cat that hangs around on the patio and insists on being snuggled. Bring soap and shampoo, conditioner and extra paper towels - everything else was well stocked.

Incredible stay!
Our group of 6 stayed here for an extended weekend and we could not be more pleased with the house, the area, or the service we received from our hosts. The house is well planned and beautifully appointed. We had everything we could have needed and more. Linens and bedding were good quality. Mattresses and pillows were super comfy! Plenty of hot water. The lot! My favorite part of our stay was the beautiful trees and the river access. The river is fairly shallow which made for lots of fun for our 3 teens. We floated down river a bit and were able to walk or drive back easily. The water is clean and crisp with a river stone bottom. We were glad we brought water shoes and tubes for floating. An absolute dream! We were so sad to leave. Our host was super responsive to one minor issue that was quickly resolved. Communication was easy and responses were fast. Thank you again for such great service!I stay almost exclusively at short term rentals when vacationing and have had lots of varying experiences. This was a the top of the best stays I’ve experienced. I could not be more pleased. Such a peaceful home on a gorgeous lot with a beautiful river to greet you. Excellent!

Great stay!
We had an amazing stay but have a few suggestions to improve the property for future guests. I will email those. We enjoyed the kayaks, the beautiful flowing river, the hot tub, the wonderful well-stocked kitchen, and the outdoor spaces!
