From the moment you enter this cabin you will be amazed at the spaciousness and open floor plan that is great for a family gathering or simply entertaining friends. Located in The Pine Hill area, Boomerang is just a quick walk away from a pond. This pond is perfect for simply walking around and enjoying the views or relaxing and catching fish without the drive to the lake.

With almost 3,800 sq feet of living area, Boomerang will keep you “coming back time after time”. This cabin features 6+ bedrooms, flex room with 2 day beds and 5 1/2 bathrooms. You walk into to an expansive living and kitchen area. The gas fireplace in the living room has plenty of seating around it for relaxing on a cool evening. Upstairs you will find a loft game room area with a pool table, tv and a great sectional couch for sleeping or watching a football game .

Outdoors is where it is at with this cabin. There are two large wrap around decks. The top deck features plenty of seating around a custom free standing fireplace. The main level features a large inset hot tub for ease of getting into. Off the deck you will find two fire pit areas for plenty of memories and making smores. The basketball goal will keep adults and kids entertained for hours.

Nice Property, very spacious
Very spacious; had EVERYTHING you’d need for a great stay. Have to admit property was older than appeared in photos. Outside items (ping pong table, chairs) were dated. Ping pong net was barely hanging on. When we arrived all the outside furniture was covered in dust, and pine needles; had to clean those ourselves. Over/Stove knobs were broke and falling off. Hard to tell is stove was on/off based on knob position. The first night one of the AC Units were frozen, so half of the upstairs was not cooled and we didn’t use those rooms that first night. . We did have maintenance personnel the next afternoon to fix it. It was a great stay, but for what we paid, was hoping for a better first impression.

Incredible home for group gathering. Plenty of room for eating, games, conversations and fun. Wonderful fire pit for grilling and enjoying the evening. Hot tub for morning and evening. We will be coming again next year for our third trip.

Plenty of room for Parking, Fire Pit, basketball goal and horseshoes. Contained all the amenities to keep yourself occupied . The Cabin was clean, large and very roomy. Beavers Bend State Park was very close by which was very convenient. I ould reccommend this cabin for a group outing

Only thing I have a complaint about is the wifi doesn't work upstairs and ALL tvs need a direct TV box couldn't watch TV in 4 of the rooms because of no cable box and wouldn't connect to internet..OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS PERFECT

Getting 7 women to agree on something can be challenging but all 7 of us gave this a “two-thumbs up” review - LOVED IT!! Beautiful property with everything you need - porches, hot tub, fire pit, we’ll-stocked kitchen, and lots of room to spread out on “cabin time”. We liked it so much we have already booked the property for another girls reunion.

Wonderful Reunion Spot
We had 3 families and 1 grandparent. All 9 cousins were very happy playing together throughout the house. They never were bored. The house was kid-friendly and entertaining. The adults had comfortable areas to lounge and visit. The house was very clean and well furnished. The house allows areas to congregate and areas to have privacy.

The stay was wonderful. We encountered the refrigerator didn’t get cool, and the air conditioning just cooled one side of the house. We ended up going to nearby store to purchase some fans. Maintenance crew came out right away and fixed refrigerator, but stated that was the way the air conditioning unit was set up.

Awesome birthday celebration!!
My grandson was turning 3, & we all met at Broken Bow to celebrate with some Texas relatives. We had 16 people stay overnight from ages 3 to 84. We loved the locking gates on the porch for old & young alike. The bedroom listings were a little confusing so here's a rundown of them. Downstairs bedrooms were 2 king rooms with attached private baths then the bunk room with two twin beds (perfect for two 10-year-olds looking to get away). Upstairs bedrooms are one king bed with private bath, one queen with partially private attached bath that opens to the whole upstairs during the day then the two queen bunk beds with a jack-n-jill bathroom between. We loved this house and all the activities around such as the cornhole, foosball, ping pong table, basketball goal, & kids play place outside. It was a wonderful family celebration that we'll never forget. We hope to go back again!!

Enjoyable Time at the Cabin
I emailed management about questions I had and they were always quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay with our family. The children enjoyed playing games and the swing set was a huge plus for them. At night they roasted hotdogs and made s’mores. The rooms were spacious and clean. I took some pots and pans, but the cabin had every kitchen item needed including the metal skewers to roast marshmallows and hotdogs. The teenagers loved the arcade game room. This was just a wonderful experience and great trip for our family!!
