This property is perfect for familes that enjoy fishing. The ranch house is very comfortable. The property has a stocked pond in front of the house. It is perfect for young kids to be able to catch largemouth bass.

This was a great last minute trip! We loved this place. The kids AND the adults enjoyed the pool and the game room. Beautiful home with a farmhouse feel. Hope to visit again!

We had a blast. Only reservation is that we took fishing gear and couldn't fish on property. The House was cozy and super clean. We would stay again! We had 4 kids ages 7-12 and they all were playing and having fun the whole time.

The property and house were lovely. So relaxing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. We spent the afternoons kayaking at the nearby river and then the evenings playing in the pool and roasting marshmallows. For the rainy evening, there were games provided and the kids loved the game room. We definitely plan to return.

The home, the view, the pool, the game room! All was wonderful. My family and I had the most relaxing week. Our children would have lived in the pool if they could have. We thoroughly enjoy staying at this home when visiting the Broken Bow area. It’s close to town and you don’t feel like your neighbors are right on top of you. Which seems to be the theme in BB these days. The property is comfortable. Amenities are available. The pool is excellent. There are even apple trees in the back yard. The property owner is responsive and helpful. We have stayed in this property in the past and definitely appreciate the owners hospitality.

Amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to things during our stay. Celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday and absolutely loved it! Even though it rained on our last night, there was plenty of things to do inside from playing games to having a movie night. 10/10 would recommend. Turned off our phones and just enjoyed and soaked in this family time we rarely get. Thank you for the amazing stay.
