"We booked said we can do payment there drove all the way only to find out they closed they didnt even tell people they are closed still now u can go and book and when u get there a guy at the gate will tell u he dont know anything was very upsetting to find out we didnt have a place to sleep "

"Excellent choice for a short stay in Johannesburg. Walking distance to mall, literally next door. Very safe and lovely staff. Nice, clean apartment."

"First people said no checking bevor 4:00 pm. But on website is 3:00 pm. Than direct in front of the door smelling garbage cans from the hall complex. Complete Apartment smells like a garage can. Than i beome from the owner a message Apartment 375 wait there almost 15 min. After i called him back he said now Apartment 182. But thats not all. In the Apartment cockroach. Try cancelation over expedia. He call with owner no refund. What this? This is the reason why I left expedia after 15 years...

Experience of a lifetime

"What an ultimate memorable experience. From beginning to end . SOO much packed into our stay and every minute was amazing We arrived and had lunch , delicious food and top class service, then fed the elephants on the deck which was a lifetime experience and spent time on the deck , our accommodation was amazing and absolutely beautiful. We ended our visit with the most amazing experience anyone could ask for , Shanon our ranger took us to walk with the elephants, Hannah Three and Marty , the Rangers that look after the elephants were so knowledgeable and we learned soo many things about the elephants. It was sad to have our visit come to an end but we like the elephants will never forget. HUGE thankyou all at Glen Afric ."
