We didn’t love how loud it was with the traffic zooming by, but it didn’t bother us enough to affect our stay. Our kids enjoyed the games provided and the cozy beds. "Had a wonderful winter stay, fresh snow, great hiking in the Cathedral at Cook Forest SP. Charlie, the resident golden retriever, was an added bonus. Very clean. Nice fire pit and hot tub."

"It was the first week of January 2025 and we were passing through PA headed back to Michigan. Decided to make a stop off the beaten path for some R&R. The Lazy Bear cabin was a GREAT stop. We enjoyed the quiet snow falling while relaxing in the hot tub. Then settled in for the night by the electric fireplace and watched a movie. Kids loved the loft style cabin. We loved the quiet get away. "

"The cabin and area was wonderful get away. Really liked the size of cabin and amenities. We even got to build a campfire and enjoyed it in 20 degrees temperatures. We traveled the one day north to see wildlife, like Elk. It was amazing. Some suggested improvements for the owners. 1) Improve the internet. It was spotty with weak signal. 2) Cabin was semi cool. Ran electric heaters high. bathroom heater kept tripping the breaker. Had to unplug a few things from one outlet to keep from tripping....

"Two hours before check in I received a text that the owner cancelled our reservation. Claimed a system error let me book when the unit was already booked. However, that didnt stop him from charging my credit card. After contacting him numerous times for a refund he assured me he had spoken to VRBO and the refund was being processed. A follow up with VRBO revealed he's bever been in contact with them. This happened on October 19th. To date still no refund. I cant give zero stars or I would. Be...
