This unique Garage Conversion to a Stylish Open-concept Vacation Getaway is located in the historic town of Beaverton. Just a short walk to Lake Simcoe's Sandy Beaches & waterfront for all your summer and winter sports activities including swimming, fishing, kayaking, or walking the Pier. The Harbour has added Boat Launch Splash Pad, Parks and Trails along the Beaver River. Fabulous Local Shops, LCBO, Restaurants, and outdoor Patios are all just steps away. Great Getaway location in all 4 seasons.
The space
Super cool garage conversion. Recently renovated with vaulted ceilings, gas Fireplace, concrete floors. Wonderful, modern look and feel. Great yard with huge lot for all your trailers and toys. Fabulous all year round spot in the heart of Beaverton. Queen size bed, TV and even some classic games for all to enjoy!
Guest access
This is a separate space. There may be neighbours on the other side of the home (duplex style) but you have your own space with access to front and back yard. Everything is newly renovated including a modern shower, full kitchen with all the fittings and even a stackable washer and dryer. There is a queen size bed with fresh sheets. Super comfy and fun getaway.

This little cottage was perfection! So clean and esthetically pleasing and cute. Had everything we needed for a weekend girls trip to the cottage. Very modern and updated. Absolutely loved it!!

Excellent space, great choice
The space is beautiful, well designed and decorated, with a lot of thought put into how to maximize comfort and convenience. Lovely fire space, responsive hosts, and a great location in one of our favourite small towns in the entire province. My wife loved the look and colours of the space, I really liked how everything was laid out to make storage easy. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay
Cottage had everything what we needed, equipped kitchen, bathroom. Our older daughter enjoyed making a fire in the backyard and splash pad nearby. Owner was very nice and responding in timely manner. Descent price. Thank you!
