"It’s in the middle but far from dining places and min 40 min walk but overall very helpful and friendly staff, cafe was open 24/7. More in business area than historical or happening side of Berlin. "

"This is a nice hotel in a very convenient spot of Berlin where you can easily use metro for everywhere. You can also walk to the center since a lot of nice sightseeing are not so far. The only problem i have was the heating that is was not so hot since the weather was cold. I would definitely comment this hotel "

"I like the location which makes it convenient like walkable to the main train station and some shops. Hotel restaurant does have good food. Their curry wurst with fries is delicious. A must try! "

"Luxury hotel with great rooms and wonderful breakfast. However the promised spa is only open at limited times ( not mornings) and didn’t open on schedule when we were there. Please note all room info eg how to operate the air con is on the tv, which we didn’t realise til too late "

"Staff could not have been more helpful, extremely polite. The breakfast selection catered for everyone and plenty of choices. The only slight negative is hotel room floor could have done with a thorough clean, dusty in places."

"Really great hotel!! They gave me a free upgrade. Staff were excellent! I would have given it 5 stars but there was no information in my room on how to contact reception without having to go downstairs (no phone in room). Also I was not told that there was no daily housekeeping so I had to go down to reception to get a few things."
