You will have the entire loft to yourself and also have your own private entrance. The loft entrance is up the back steps, where you can also enjoy your own private deck.

I am available as needed. We live on site and own the retail store below. We are just a text or phone call away to assist you with anything you need. We want you to have a fabulous stay!

Our loft is located in the heart of Downtown Bristol. You are only steps away from the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, craft breweries, Blackbird Bakery, public library, restaurants, coffee shops, men and women's specialty clothing stores, a shoe store, music venues, performance theaters, cigar shop, gift stores, and most importantly your loft is located over and ice cream & candy store!

You are just 10 minutes away from Bristol Motor Speedway and the Pinnacle mega shopping and entertainment plaza. Our area boasts many outdoor activity adventures, and we're listed as one of the top fly-fishing destinations in the country.

We are located close to the Appalachian Trail and many other hiking trails.

Our Downtown is very walkable. If you have your own transportation, the city and the surrounding area are easy to navigate. We do have limited bus service around town. Uber and Lyft are available and rental cars are available at the airport.

Our incredible loft is located on the 2nd floor - only 26 steps to the 2nd floor Urban Lifestyle Loft!

The loft must be rented for at least 3-day stays for both NASCAR Bristol races and the Rhythm & Roots Music Festival.

We had a wonderful time in Bristol Tenn/Va. Karen weny above an beyond making sure we had everything that would make out stay conformable, even covering the item we most frequently leave behind. All I can say is a great town and an even better Loft.

This loft is an absolute gem! Everything you would ever need for your stay has been provided. Rooftop deck was a great outdoor living extension to the condo. Great location for everything downtown. Ice cream and candy store on the first floor was fantastic also.

This was a very nice place to stay! It was very clean and smelled wonderful! It also had everything you would need and more! The property manager was very helpful, ready to assist in anyway we needed and checked on us during our stay. The place was actually very quiet, even though it was in the center of downtown. Great weekend getaway
Lovely space close to shops, restaurants, and breweries. It had everything I needed and was stocked with anything you may have forgotten at home. It’s great for a couple’s getaway or in my case a Mom getaway. It’s also walking distance to the Bristol hotel, library, and the Blackbird Bakery which I highly recommend.
