Property dirty upon arrival - avoid
Greeted at the property to overflowing bins outside. Followed by making our way into the kitchen where we found out of date food in the fridge, the smell of rotting food under the sink, dirty utensils and the pictures being very different to the listing. During the stay, no bin bags or methods of cleaning were really provided, no plug in the sink to do dishes. taking rubbish out was impossible due to the mass overflow of bins outside. Property was left by us not perfect, but no way to make it any better, rubbish just piled into the corner to make it easier for the cleaner. Nevertheless, £60+ taken away from our security deposit and a scolding email from the company. Completely unaware of the state it has been left in by the cleaners prior to guests arrival. Beds and bathrooms clean although, check in easy and fine.
