The Space:
Hawthorn View is a charming 3 bed detached house in the Bradley Stoke area of Bristol.
The property comprises of a downstairs shower and toilet, lounge diner and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with enough tea and coffee pods for a welcome drink, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV and wifi are in the property. There is a dining table and chairs to seat 6. At the top of the stairs is the main family bathroom with over bath shower and shaver plug socket. The main bedroom is to the right of the stairs has a double bed, hairdryer and hanging space and hangers. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds also hanging space and hangers. Bedroom 3 has a single bed, hanging space and hangers and a desk and chair.
Outside is a mature well manicured wrap around garden with patio area, garden furniture and rotary washing line. There is a high chair and travel cot available (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot)

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property and you will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone

The Neighborhood:
The property is set in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac in the Bradley Stoke / Almondsbury area of Bristol just 5 minutes from the M5.
Nearby there is a Tesco supermarket, Aldi and retail centre and a good selection of local eateries.

Getting Around:
The M5 is five minutes away and several bus routes are available just five minutes away. Easy access to businesses such as British Aerospace and Aztec West. Also the Concorde Museum The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is approximately fifteen Minutes away by car and bus. Bus and car routes to Bristol City Centre and attractions such as The Waterfront Harbour and Clifton Suspension Bridge, The Wave and West Country Water Park.
