Cozy Cabin near Casino, Downtown

This 600 sq. ft. cabin is located on a quiet street, just minutes from Historic Downtown Bristol, Hard Rock Casino, 1-81, The Pinnacle Shopping, and plenty of great hiking spots nearby. The Bristol Motor Speedway is less than 10 miles away, and the Virginia Creeper Trail is a short 20 minute drive. The cabin was originally built in 1926, but underwent complete renovation in 2022. It features pine hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, and a full kitchen with a Keurig Coffee maker. The living room features a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and a 50” Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO MAX. The bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a 32” Roku TV, and a private balcony overlooking Downtown Bristol and the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a charcoal grill, gas grill, and wood burning fire pit in the backyard.
Other Things to Note:
The cabin sits on top of steep hill
One small set of stairs is required to enter
The mountain/valley view is not as visible during summer months due to the tree growth
