"The property was more compact than expected but still very nice, bit disappointed that only one chair, so to eat had to sit on bed. Plus you have no control over heating , which wasnt on luckily it wasnt cold. "

"Fantastic stay, Marianna was a great host that kept in contact during our stay. Very central with underground paid parking on request. Apartment very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities for a work/family stay. Good wifi and located near to great restaurants and places of interest in Bristol."

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"I would really recommend this property if you want to be near Clifton Village and the University of Bristol. It offers secure onsite parking and lots of room for two people. The apartment is very individual and based on a very old building. Yes, there are some things that could be easily improved, like providing a corkscrew and a better set of glasses. "Fabulous stay at Redmayne House, a gem in Bristol. I paid for parking at £10 a night which for Bristol is a very good rate, my car is a full EV and Redmayne offered electric car charging at no extra cost!! Absolutely fantastic! The bed was super comfy, the pillows were a joy like perfect sturdy marshmallows and the duvet was just the right mix of warm and snuggly. The best sleep I have had in a long time. "So quiet! We knew that the hotel was next to a busy road so were a bit worried that reviews saying it was quiet were not quite right. But they were! Our room was spacious and so quiet. The beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower was lovely. The reception and bar area was above what I thought it might be for the price and there were even small emergency snacks (noodles and chocolate bars) and toiletries available to buy. Car parking wasn't available on site but the open air one just a 2 minute walk away was easy to use (and the hotel has a special rate so it cost us just over £12 for 24 hours). We'd definitely use this hotel again and can recommend."

Very pleasant hotel, reasonable rates.

"Very pleasant place. Standard Ibis hotel, but none the worse for that. Comfy room, quiet, great bed. Well located near the harbour, with easy parking. Lots of restaurants in the area. We just needed a place for a couple of nights while visiting family and it was perfect for that. "
