"Two single beds a bit creaky, not enough toilet roll 1for four nights. Parking spot very tight and not marked very clearly (someone took our parking spot when we returned late one night, hard to find another spot. Overall very happy with our stay"

"We needed to stay near to Southmead hospital to support our daughter, and we live 1.5 hours away. This apartment was ideal: 1 car parking space (there is a local long term carpark 2 minutes away) but only 20 minutes walk from the hospital. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped inc tea/coffee/sugar; a coffee cafetiere and Nespresso machine, microwave, big fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. I would definitely stay here again, even as a base for a holiday in the area -...

"Arrived in the evening and property was cold! Heating not very effective. Also located on a busy road - although once inside noise was limited. As a ground floor property you are affected by flat upstairs and general movements. "

"The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close."

"Great place for a family at a great price. Just a few points to improve guest experience would be: (1) door lock (the key lock is not tightly attached to the door and moves round when you try to unlock); (2) cleaning (overall cleaning was all right but we found an empty water bottle on top of the fridge); and (3) up-to-date photos of the property (quite a few items you see in the photos here have been replaced with new ones)."
