This 3 bedroom apartment has been seamlessly styled, welcoming guests into a modern and relaxing space integrating at ground level with a subtropical garden. It’s perfect for a pets with easy indoor / outdoor access to an outside lawn. Great for those who don’t want to walk up any stairs.
Located in close proximity to Racecourse Village, Portside Wharf, Racecourse Road, and Eat Street Markets, this apartment is perfectly positioned within the peaceful suburb of Ascot. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute drive to arrive on the doorstep of both international and domestic airports.
The apartment is furnished with a full-size king bed with feather doona, cotton sheets. Our other guests rave about how comfy our beds are. This is an important aspect of the stay.
Inside the kitchen you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates. We don't have a dishwasher.
This home away from home includes all the everyday items needed to make your stay more comfortable. You'll have access to small, yet important things like: an iron, towels (fluffy), soap, shampoo, conditioner, a washing machine.
If you have pets, our fully secure yard will keep them safe. This includes a lawn area so your pets have an outside space to relax.

+ Cleaning and linen changing companies can be provided to you if you require weekly cleaning. This is not included in the offering.
PET GUIDELINES
+ No pets on furniture or including beds.
+ No pet blankets to be washed in washing machine. This can be undertaken at Leonies 1km away.
+ All pet poop must be collected from garden when vacating.
+ Respectfully, if the guidelines aren't followed, additional cleaning charges will be applied and replacement of linen and towels.
LITTLE HUMAN GUIDELINES
+ No use of glitter pens, glitter, pens in bed, on couches or any other type of furniture. Linen that has pen on them will need to be replaced.
+ No nail polish or permeant markers to be used in the house.
+ Any holes in the walls and broken homewares must be paid for.
