Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Sit on the back deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the gorgeous waterfront views that include the fabulous Moreton Island. Walk straight out the back gate onto the sand. Waterfront apartments don't get any better then this! Views that can't be beaten from your lounge chair with Queens Beach lapping at the backdoor. Grab the beach towel go for a swim then back to the patio to enjoy a cold drink.
- There is to be no smoking, vaping etc inside the unit
- Please be mindful of other guests and ensure that all noise made is kept to a minimum.
- All bins within the units must be emptied into the main bins in the common area before checkout.
- BBQ must be cleaned after use.
- The unit must be left a clean and tidy condition.
- Please leave any remotes and/or keys on the kitchen bench when checking out of the unit.

I would give 10/10 soley for the beach view and the cool breeze. House was super clean. Amenities were good. I am glad I chose this place because the view is really calming. The breeze from the sea kept the whole house cool.

Peaceful getaway
Overall extremely comfortable. Nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It is clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the ocean. My only issues would be, it would be nice to have a top sheet on the bed. Also if you are on the bottom floor and there are people above you it legit sounds like elephants.

5 weeks at Playa Azul near Marbella
Went for the first time in Costa Rica with a friend for 5 weeks. The condo was very much as stated in the description. The set-up is perfect…2 large bedrooms with their respective bathrooms separated by the large living room and kitchen. Screens on some windows would be nice. The owner told us that the air conditioner in the living room as well as the appliances in the kitchen were soon to be replaced, which will make the condo even better. The patio chairs were appreciated. Some fans above them would be a wonderful add-on. There is no ocean view from the deck of this condo but you have beautiful vegetation and can very much hear the waves…..and the monkeys and the birds. The owner and her on-site manager were very helpful both before and during our stay. Marie answered all our questions, provided us with some tour ideas and ensured that Carl provided us with any missing items, which he did promptly. Both pools are very well maintained as well as the grounds. The staff is all very friendly. The area is remote but was perfect for us as we were looking for a relaxing holiday. A 4 X 4 car is strongly recommended if you intend on visiting around. During our stay, we visited Monteverde, La Fortuna, Manuel Antonio Park as well as Caso Blanco. All of those locations are within 3 to 5 hours drive from the condo. We definitely recommend this condo and we would both return without hesitation. Thank you Marie and Carl. Pura Vida.
