Master bedroom suite features a king bed, large walk in robe and ensuite and is completed with a balcony overlooking the 30 meters of water frontage on the canal whilst the other 2 bedrooms upstairs both feature queen beds, walk in robes and share a large 2 way bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.
The 4th bedroom with walk in robe and ensure is located on the bottom level along with the open plan living dining and media room.

Boaties are catered for with the large pontoon, filtering board with power and water.

Pool hut with salt water inground pool is the perfect spot to sit back relax and enjoy a glass of bubbly.

Location is perfect for those wanting to attend Sandstone Point Hotel, Bribie Island Golf Course, boating to Tangalooma Moreton Island.
