Great unit with room for the kids to play in fenced rear yard.

The shared pontoon on canal that takes you out to beautiful Pumicestone Passage.

(There will be no entrance by boat to the canal from the Pumicestone Passage from 12th August 2024 to 2nd October 2024 as there will be maintenance being completed on the lock)

Fantastic views of canal from living area.

Central to all facilities with Bongaree waterfront only 10 minutes walk and McDonalds, Woolworths in the nearby Shopping Centre.

Only thing was alarm in lounge room wouldn’t t stop going off a day after we got there I reported it to real estate but nothing was done we were there for 9 days
