This is a semi-detached property and your entrance is from the sunny front deck which is yours to enjoy. The lock box is located on this front deck and marked "Eagles Nest". Please review the check-in instructions for the lock box details. There is a car space right beside your entrance but we do ask that you keep the driveway clear.

Catch the morning sunrise from the beach just one street away or take a stroll along the Nudgee Beach boardwalk surrounded by birdsong. Take the whole family to the Reserve (with children's playground, public toilets, basketball half-court, barbecue and picnic tables) or on a bike ride through an enchanted Paper Bark Forest to The Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre. Here you can set up for a picnic, view the various displays or explore the Birdwatching Hut.
The bus stop is a short 600m walk away for easy access into the city, alternatively, it’s a quick 10 minute drive to Brisbane airport and the DFO shopping precinct.
We will require you to sign check-in forms, provide an image of Government issued ID and a photo/selfie holding the ID for security and verification purposes.
The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests.

Metal surfaces (such as cupboard door handles) are affected by coastal salt air. But unless you dislike the 'rustic' look, it won't affect your enjoyment of the property
- the main bedroom has a lovely cooling ceiling fan but because it is the coolest room in the house, it doesn’t have airconditioning
