I feel you could try make a more private walk way from pool to rooms..bit nervous walkong past people all wet while they are eating at the bar. Otherwise was a beautiful stay!

Stunning hotel and rooms, however the service lets it down. In room dining wait was over an hour, I called the concierge and in room dining 3 times only for it to ring out. The rooms are beautiful though the location proximity to The Storey Bridge makes it a noisy stay.

Lovely room with great facilities and location but the promenade rooms are noisy on level 1 with Felons/Mr Percival right across the road. In the morning noise from delivery trucks early on. Poor sound proofing from hotel hall with sound travelling in to room from other guests/doors etc very easily.

One night only - wish it was more!😃
We only stayed one night, so didn't get to use the facilities like the gym or pool. However, interaction with staff was lovely and pleasant. Room was fantastic and spacious. Loved the location as it was close to the city cat ( went to the powerhouse) and Felons. I also saw that they have bikes that you can use while you stay, however, we didn't use as we walked or got the city cat. Great stay. Will definitely stay again. Perfect location.
