Situated in Signature Park on Beeston Street, Teneriffe.

We are required to rent this property by Council for 90+ nights & have discounted pricing accordingly.

This includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet)

We supply all linen & there will also be a monthly cleaning fee of $135, for mid-stay cleaning + change of linen.

There’s also a full laundry with washing, machine & dryer to keep you clean :)

The building features an outdoor pool, beautiful, landscaped ponds / gardens + park your car in our remote security carpark.

Perfect for singles, couples, families + business travellers…but not for parties of any description.

Great property and location
This is the second occasion I’ve stayed at this property in 12 months, both times it’s been an enjoyable holiday. The property is well equipped with all you need for your stay while being located close to the city and great walking/cycling trails along Brisbane river. The nearby Newfarm park and Saturday markets are a must visit along with the trendy and plentiful coffee and bakery shops.

Home away from home
Fantastic location close to city, river walk, weekend markets and trendy cafes at nearby Newstead/New Farm and Tenerife (Gasworks), with the property offering up a tidy and roomy 2 bed, 2 bath with all modern cons included (Wifi isn’t bad either) + secure car park, all that is needed for a relaxing getaway or business trip. . Further, Andy - Property Manager, answered all our queries in a speedy fashion providing great tips on what to visit and do during our stay, with our stopover in Brisbane extended some weeks which Andy was able to accommodate with little fuss. . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property or the professionalism of Andy for anyone looking for a well earned break in a modern unit in a quiet and leafy area of inner Brisbane, with an experienced Property Professional like Andy taking care of your property needs.
